If you have children or are planning to someday, remember to eat dinner with them. It’s good for both of you. Why? Slate answers:
1. The child/ren: It helps them not do drugs, not smoke, and not have eating disorders. It also makes them better at reading and in school.
2. The parent/s: It makes them feel happy, successful, and satisfied with their relationships with their spouses and kids. It also makes them feel good about their jobs.
So, keep this in mind in case you were planning on going in the other direction.
