This week marks the 25th anniversary of the release of the best film ever made about the brutal working conditions and public scorn suffered by professionals in industries related to the occult and mysticism. Until the 20th of this month, Ghostbusters, all of it (but not the sequel), will be available as streaming video on YouTube completely free courtesy of Sony (who will pocket the majority of funds raised by the seven or eight commercial breaks).
This, of course, comes as members of the original cast have started working on the obligatory
reunion tour third installment, which has a tentative release date in summer of 2012. As if anybody needs an excuse to watch Ghostbusters. What are you waiting for?
