Who says the internet is only good for short-shighted babbling about next big things and celebrity twitter feuds? This morning, Pop Matters introduced “All Things Reconsidered: The 35th Anniversary of Bob Dylan’s Blood on the Tracks,” a two-week long look at Dylan’s 1975 masterpiece. They kicked things off today with a massive song-by-song analysis of the album, and a piece in which Dave Tilton asserts that “rain may provide the most useful clue in unlocking the collective mystery of its songs.” Fun stuff, for sure, and I’m looking forward to lots more of it.
