Oh goodie. Here’s Republican Tea Party candidate for Governor of New York, Carl Paladino, telling the Times why he spent more time campaigning in Queens and Staten Island (the Real American boroughs):

Staten Island and Queens are much the same as like Buffalo. You don’t have traffic jams every red light, all right? Look at the time you have to spend to get around Manhattan. I mean, try to get someplace.

Seriously, right? Try to get someplace without taking the subway, walking or riding a bike, I mean, right?! Also, I DON’T WANT TO LIVE IN A WORLD WHERE BEING MORE LIKE BUFFALO IS A GOOD THING.
