Notable Canadian Sheila Heti will be reading tonight at 68 Jay, a bar that L Mag staffers used to get drunk at all the time (until we moved offices and became shut ins). The reading is under the auspices of local heroes n+1, who featured an excerpt from Heti’s latest book, How Should a Person Be?, in their last issue.
I’ve never seen a reading at 68 Jay, so I’m kind of curious. (Also, Heti is whipsmart and sharp, in the good, Canadian kind of way. So you should go.)
