- St. Cecilia’s, so pretty
Consider this your very own scribbled Post-it note reminder that tickets to those four Northside shows happening at St. Cecilia’s Church are on sale today at noon. And to quell concerns about whether you’ll be able to get slightly tipsy in a church while listening to Atlas Sound, Woods, Eleanor Friedberger and/or Mount Eerie (for you, BrooklynVegan commenters), beer will be sold on site. The details, to refresh your memories:
June 16: Kranky Records presents Atlas Sound with special guests. Doors at 7pm ($15 advance, $17 day of show)
June 17: Woods (album release show for Sun & Shade) with special guests. Doors at 7pm ($12 advance, $15 day of show)
June 18: Eleanor Friedberger (of The Fiery Furnaces), Ida, Rebecca Gates (of The Spinanes), Spectre Folk (Pete Nolan of Magik Markers). Doors at 6:30pm ($15 advance, $17 day of show)
June 19: Mount Eerie, Nicholas Krgovich (of No Kids), Wyrd Visions. Doors at 7pm ($12 advance, $15 day
Grab your all-ages tickets right here. Four-day, all-age badges, which include admission to both Beirut on June 17 and Guided by Voices on June 18 — not to mention more than 250 other bands playing throughout the festival — are available here for $70. If you opt for the badge, you’ll want to be sure to arrive early to guarantee entry; check out this page for more info on what that all entails. You guys, it’s almost June. Holy smokes.
