On Saturday, September 14 Taste Talks is hosting panels, discussions and demonstrations across Williamsburg, and the final schedule of events has arrived.
Join leaders of the new coffee movement as they discuss new brew techniques, take a foraging tour of North Brooklyn, and listen to superstar chef Dale Talde relay some truly amazing stories from his kitchen. Plus, superstar chef Mario Batali will discuss the intersection between art and commerce, April Bloomfield will host a private dinner alongside Paul Liebrandt, and Heritage Radio Network’s Erin Fairbanks will tell us once and for all if we should be worried about gluten (finally).
