Our bucket list for must-try restaurants and bars in Brooklyn is a mile long, and growing by the minute — but if you’re anything like us, you don’t have the time to commit to a taco pilgrimage from Sunset Park to Bushwick, or the funds to spend on tasting menus at Saul, Blanca, or the River Café.
