Pre-Prohibition tipples are a dime a dozen in Brooklyn nowadays, but no one takes their commitment to the pleasures of sours and snaps, daisies and swizzles, cobblers, punches, genevers and royales more seriously — or deliciously — than the swank and sexy Clover Club. We think veg-happy drinks like the Green Giant (Old Tom gin, lemon, sugar snap peas, tarragon, dry vermouth) pave the way beautifully for savory bites to come, but you and a gaggle of friends can happily lose yourself in a bowl of Punch de Grace — with Gin, Lillet blonde, elderflower liqueur, pineapple, lemon, and Benedictine.
