We all have traits passed down from our parents — blue eyes, a biting wit, or in the case of the United States and the United Kingdom — a predisposition for meat, dairy, fat, and meat and dairy fried in fat. So what better way to follow up on our list of top All-American dishes than with an homage to our mother (and in the case of the Olympics) host country?
