These burnt ends came out of the gate swinging, landing a last-minute spot on our list of 20 Best Brooklyn Dishes of 2012. See why? A lot more than just scrap, the irregularly shaped nuggets are culled from the well-charred point-ends of Fletchers fantastic maple and red oak smoked brisket (and at $28/lb, actually command $4 more than the sliced stuff).
