Dumont Burger
It's always refreshing when a place that's known for its burgers takes its non-beef options as seriously as the classics, and Dumont Burger has always been particularly good about this. Their vegetarian burger, made from bulgar wheat, brown rice, zucchini, red pepper, pecan, chickpea flour, sweet potato, is one of the few you'll find at a meat-intensive restaurant that will never, ever make your meal seem like a lackluster also-ran compared to whatever your carnivorous friend ordered.
