1. Paul's Daughter
This food stand was until fairly recently Gregory and Paul's until, I think it's safe to presume, it was taken over by the latter's offspring. It boasts a lot of the local entrepreneurial spirit that makes Coney great, not to mention the only actual bar on
the boardwalk, where everyone sits with their backs to the taps to soak in the oceanside view and peoplewatch the shit out of Riegelmann. Plus, its limited draft selection offers an outstanding choice of local beer options: Sixpoint Sweet Action and Brooklyn Brewery's Sorachi Ae and Oktoberfest, that last one suggesting summer is inevitably drawing to a close. Rage, rage against the dying of the light—with beer!
