This Saturday marks the first pop-up event from the Gowanus Girls—the women behind the Brooklyn organization Curious Jane, a girls' camp and after-school program which promotes design and creativity—and it brings together a bunch of Brooklyn vendors at the Gowanus Grove in what is sure to be an amazing day. Plus, there will be a tarot card reader there, and—a little word of advice—you can never get your tarot cards read too many times. All the answers are right there, right in the cards. I am the Queen of Cups, the Queen of Cups is me.

Anyway, beyond, you know, learning about your entire future, there are going to be a bunch of other fun activities and delicious things to eat and sangria to drink. Food vendors include Brooklyn favorites Trois Pommes, Fatty Cakes, and Daily Pie and there will be wine, sangria, and beer provided. Some of the other vendors include 80/20, Vusion Eyewear, Apartment 4B, and Sia Designs. The event not only supports the work that Curious Jane does, but also the revitalization of the Gowanus Canal area.
