MTA Releases Video Of Flooded Subway Tunnels

In case anybody out there has been thinking this whole storm-related subway closure is just a hoax designed to pry you away from the money you already spent on an unlimited card (none of you actually think that, right?), the MTA has released video of stations that have been hit hardest by flooding, and they're pretty stunning.

Shot yesterday during Governor Cuomo's tour of the flooded stations, the first video shows a still-very-high water level in the Hugh L. Carey Brooklyn Battery Tunnel:
