For Your Mother:
Mothers can be hard to shop for, which is strange, really, because many of them are happy with anything. It's the thought that counts, or whatever. Although, I have heard, that some mothers are notoriously difficult to shop for, which must be hellish. But so anyway, whether you have an easy-to-please mother or a pain-in-the-ass mother, she will love this beautiful, round Antico frame. Hand-crafted in Florence, Italy since 1901, these frames are made of wood and carefully covered in gold leaf.
These Peter Hofmeister earrings are perfect for your mother or really for anyone. But fun to get for a mother because they are made out of mother-of-pearl, only it's this beautiful black mother-of-pearl that you almost never see anywhere and they will make your mother feel special. Which, of course, she is. She's your mother. Unless you hate your mother. Then get these for someone you do like, because they're lovely.
