Crown Heights
When the DoH says "Crown Heights" they mean Prospect Heights, Crown Heights and Bed-Stuy. Almost 25 percent of all chlamydia cases in Brooklyn men in 2011 were in these neighborhoods, and 23 percent for women. Meanwhile, the neighborhoods account for 31 percent of all gonorrhea cases in women and 29 percent in men. [photo]
