Williamsburg
Meaning, actually, East Williamsburg and Bushwick. (Bedford Williamsburg, as far as the DoH is concerned, is Greenpoint.) These neighborhoods are neck and neck with East New York (which also includes Brownsville); Williamsburg had a higher instance of gonorrhea and chlamydia infections among men than East New York, which had higher rates among women.
