1,181 citations last year for public peeing, more than any other precinct. When I think of Williamsburg at night, I basically imagine huge crowds of people micturating down Bedford Avenue, so it makes sense the neighborhood leads the borough: the cops have an abundance of people to cite, and it's also an easy way to show they're addressing the quality of life issues that old-time residents likely raise at community meetings.
