We're not messing around this year. We've got the inaugural shows at a 1,500-capacity outdoor space in Greenpoint's Barge Park in store, not to mention Northside's first-ever film festival and a night of collaboration between neighborhood art galleries and local fashion designers.
But let's not get ahead of ourselves. First take a peek at the first batch of bands slated to play this June, including Titus Andronicus, Liars, The Fiery Furnaces, Les Savy Fav, Polvo, Fucked Up, Islands, Thao and Mirah with the Most of All (Thao Nguyen with Mirah), Au Revoir Simone, Memory Tapes, Real Estate, High Places, Woods, Wavves, Smoking Popes, Men, Parenthetical Girls, The Wave Pictures, Twin Sister and Cults. We're pretty excited. Scratch that: We're totally flipping out right now. You'll want to stay tuned right here for more than 250 bands to be rolled out in the coming weeks.
