You will be delighted to know that a meager $40 or $45 will buy you bottomless Spanish wine-tastes and small plates, called "tapes," at the Dumbo Arts Center tonight--as well as live Spanish music from the Subway Band. The wines are reputed, by their press release, to be exquisite, as are the wonderful, mysterious prizes that are to be raffled. The only thing I ever won from a raffle was a plastic game of jacks, maybe tonight I will win something different, like a frame. It runs from 6 to 9pm, and if you haven't had your fill, there's an after-party at Rebar, around the corner.
