Roseanna Arquette at peak of her hotness for sure. If you were old enough to remember when this came out, RS also ran a photo feature to coincide with this movie, Roseanna and Madonna looking pretty damn hot. Also if you like this check out Smithereens, pretty good slice of life on LES/Village, circa 1981.
