that sucks (for the biker). also, the gawker comment thread on this is filled with crypto-fascists.
Could have killed this guy, he wasn't wearing a helmet and took a hard fall.
Just to put it into perspective, much worse things happen, like the road rage incident where the off-duty cop shot a guy, fled the scene and then DA refused to press charges and called it justifiable action. i think there's a correlation between outcry and video
the cop also lied in the report about this cyclist incident. i love men and cops but both can be pigs.
If you read the article, someone comments that the bicyclist aims for the cop.
