Film / Special Events Tonight's Summerscreen: 28 Days Later...

You know, it's August, and there's only four Summerscreens left, so if it's been one of those things you've been Meaning To Get To, well, you know, you should come to McCarren Park Pool tonight, especially as we're showing Danny Boyle's millennial zombie screamer 28 Days Later..., which seems like a good movie to watch at night, outdoors, on a huge screen, with a cold beer and a mob scene featuring several thousand of your friends and neighbors. Come when the gates open up at 5:30pm to lay out your blanket and enjoy the food and drink sold on-site; listen to Dave Doobinin play a set at 7pm, and enjoy the movie when it gets dark:
