Totally unrelated to the Fugazi video posted below is video of L Magazine publisher Scott Stedman singing back-up (but mainly dancing) with The L Magazine's "Rockin' Soul Revue" House Band. Good night. Please note the expert "falling down" dance style that begins at 1:10.

thanks for the vids. he meant to do that! Saw them in 1993, the famous shows at Roseland Ballroom, too bad there's no video, pretty intense mosh pit action, Ian had to stop the show at least 3 times telling people to stop killing each other...
