Yes, it's a tribute video for "Chocolate Strawberry," by then-Mets star Darryl Strawberry, feat. U.T.F.O., Whistle and Richie Rich. The friend who sent this to me advises: "Keep in mind that Darryl was probably on drugs when he did this."
