A gentleman by the name of Drew Hammonds
caught a Mississippi snapping turtle while fishing in Earlswood Lake near Birmingham, England:
"It was hissing and spitting when we caught it - it was really vicious.
You couldn't go anywhere near it without it going for you."
Why would a turtle that's native to the warm shores of the southern United States swim across the pond? It couldn't be that he was trying to get away from
this or
this. So hilarious! Everything's great over here! Perhaps all he wanted was some decent
tea and some nice digestive
biscuits. At times like these, a delicious cookie can go a very long way.
