Did She Just Say Abuses of Power?

Perhaps you have not yet read Nate Brown's incisive interview with MSNBC's Rachel Maddow, one of the centerpieces of our current Media issue. I recommend it highly. Afterwards, press play on the clip above from Maddow's show last night. In a segment titled Rachel re: Sarah Palin's Alternate Universe, Maddow breaks down the VP candidate's outright and enthusiastic lies regarding her abuse of power as governor of Alaska (the report said she did, and Palin then GRINNED like a beauty queen and said she was cleared) in a classy, intellectual way. Then go read that Q&A, if only for Maddows' prediction of who's gonna win it all.
