Aw, why does it always rain on him? (And whatever happened to Fran Healy?) Suit-wearing multi-instrumentalist whistling singer/songwriter Andrew Bird will be back in town on 1/28. Tickets to the show go on sale Thursday, 11/20 at 11 a.m. The Birdman's new album, Noble Beast, is out on 1/27, and you can stream opening track "Oh No" on his website.
