Holiday Party Water Works Alert

So, we here at The L offices are currently pushing the desks aside and having the baby grand wheeled down from the jingles department, so we're all kind of tipsy — and many of us are maudlin. With the latter in mind, you should watch this video of a young woman (a participant in the Girls Write Now program) read her poem: it is good, it is heartfelt, and it will make you cry. Because haven't we done enough crying about the economy and layoffs and foreign juntas?
