I'd say Barfly (loveably stumblebum Chuck Bukowski wank, with a slumming Faye Dunaway), Johnny Handsome (Walter Hill joint concerning an Elephant Man who has surgery and comes out Mickey Rourke) and, why the hell not, Year of the Dragon.
