(The clip comes, it appears, from a French DVD of the film, so that's a potential splurge for the all-region crowd. But I'd really recommend the theatrical experience...)

My two thoughts immediately after seeing "Jeanne Dielman" at the Harvard Film Archive two years ago:

(1) That was fantastic, pure cinema justified by its ending.

(2) That woman has an extreme case of OCD.
