Although I was quite impressed by the Springsteen crotch/split/slide antics as well, I gotta go with Prince.
Yes...Prince impregnating a packed, sweaty, dude-filled football stadium with his purple "love-symbol" guitar. Definitely.

I muted the television during halftime and played A Milli by Lil Wayne. When Springsteen high-fived the sax player and humped the camera, the song synched up with it perfectly.
