Downtown Art's spring music, dance, video and theater showcase Festival 3 features teen artists from throughout New York City. The festival's two rotating programs continue this weekend and through June 7 with a lineup of 18 promising young artists presenting works on everything from apocalypse and atheism to McCarthyism, cooking shows and, of course, teen romance.
