FREE MINI GOLF! Art Events Today and Tonight

f1a1/1244241963-doblerweb.jpgHave I told you about the Bushwick Open Studios and Arts Festival enough times yet? Well, if not, it's still on, and continues through tomorrow night, with exhibitions, readings, lectures, workshops, performances, sample sales, screenings and free mini-golf.

As if one major Brooklyn neighborhood-wide art extravaganza weren't enough for one weekend, the Atlantic Avenue Art Walk also takes place today and tomorrow, with a similarly overwhelming array of events, exhibitions, sales, screenings and the like (no mini-golf, though, if you were wondering). Park Slope/Gowanus
Target First Saturday free music and entertainment at the Brooklyn Museum, 200 Eastern Parkway (at Washington Ave), 5-11pm
Hubert Dobler is trapped on a motorcycle (pictured) at Open Source, 251 17th St (at 5th Ave), 7-10pm

Red Hook
Abstraction-heavy group show of works on paper Degrees of Density at Kentler International Drawing Center, 353 Van Brunt St (at Wolcott St), 4-7pm
Screening of shorts selected by guest curator Mike Park of the Millenium Film Workshop at the Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition Spring Pier Show, Van Brunt St at East River 3pm (pier show continues through June 14)

Sunset Park
