Art / Film Small Apartment, Giant Rabbit

Complaining about the size of your apartment is like an official municipal pastime in New York, and though some of us might have giant rat/mouse/cockroach problems, as far as I know nobody has anything nearly as cute as the giant rabbit problem plaguing the character in Egmont Mayer's short film Red Rabbit:
