Music St. Vincent Performs "Marrow" on Letterman

On her first ever network television appearance, Annie Clark and St. Vincent logged what is one of the best late-night talk show performances I've seen in a long time. It doesn't hurt, of course, that "Marrow" is a brilliant song, showing off all the most exciting aspects of the band, from the impressive guitar work to the dramatic but playful arrangements, but she also benefited from an absolutely stellar mix. And then Dave asks if he can call her Annie, and it's awesome. Well done. [Brooklyn Vegan]
