The painting (pictured) by Brett-Livingstone Strong is entitled The Book (1990), and belongs to Dancy-Power Automotive Group, a luxury car dealership in Harlem, where it's been on display for years. Realizing that there's a rush on all things MJ right now (from music to modern art), the dealership is looking for an auction house to sell the artwork, which is supposedly the only painting Jackson ever sat for, and went for $2.1 million the year it was made, the most ever paid for a portrait of a living person. If you want to see the piece before it's sold to some rich MJ fan, Dancy-Power Automotive Group is located at 380 Malcolm X Boulevard (at 130th Street).
