Politics Women Go Topless in Central Park, Men Stare

As most of you know, yesterday was National Go-Topless Day, and that's exactly what dozens of women did in Central Park, to the delight (and dismay) of onlookers. You see, it's actually legal in the state of New York for a woman to walk around without a shirt on (because, you know, it's legal for ugly old fat dudes to do the same), and it has been since 1992.
Personally, I think it should be illegal for people to wear t-shirts off the playing field, and shorts are for children. Also, dogs shouldn't fraternize with cats.
