I assure you I take no pleasure in having become the L Magazine staffer responsible for tracking the ups and downs of Time Out New York, and I swear it's a role I'm going to abandon—in, like, five minutes. In the meantime, though? Holy fucking shit. Editors of the magazine have gone out on the biggest, sturdiest limb in the history of limbs to declare Park Slope, Williamsburg, the Lower East Side, Astoria, Harlem and Jackson Heights the best neighborhoods in New York City. Be sure to tune in again next week when they will declare sunsets pretty and ice cream delicious.
