Hey New York: You Suck at Recycling

So, New Yorkers
suck at recycling. Apparently we find it confusing, so we're throwing away over 50 percent of what we could be recycling. I'm pretty sure this
willful confusion stems from Bloomberg's suspension of glass and plastic recycling back in 2002,
to save money. Bah. This shortsighted budget fix halted a steady 20-year arc of improvement in recycling, and we've never gotten back on track... We suck.
