Video Art Hack Attack Coming to Best Buy

According to Art in America, Philly- and New York-based multimedia artist Borna Sammak (whose work you can see here and here) will be taking over the video screens at this Best Buy store (622 Broadway, near Houston) on Thursday from 7-9pm. The one-night-only performance/installation/exhibition is Sammak's first solo show, titled Borna Sammak: Best Buy and curated by Thomas McDonnell, and will feature 13 abstract videos made by scrambling the regular Best Buy video stream, which will look something like this:

Best Buy should make this a regular/permanent thing, and then I would feel less guilty about shopping there.
