Wale, the Washington, D.C. rapper who is one of the most promising members of hip-hop's
next generation, is inching closer to the release of his debut album
Attention: Deficit (November 10), and has released a few more tracks from the record. The best is the Neptunes-produced track "Inhibitions (Let Loose)", which features
Pharrell and proves that Wale's fully capable of making excellent crossover-ready party jams. Happily, the instrumental makes up for Pharrell's annoying falsetto opener with trademark trickles of notes speckled over shimmering bass, letting Wale deliver some of the quickest verses of his young career.
