Food & Drink Vegetarian Ramen Alert! "OMFG THAT'S GOOD!"

On Saturday night I had the pleasure of eating at new-ish Williamsburg Izakaya joint Sui Ren (Izakaya is a kind of Japanese tavern that serves small plates, with a lot of things grilled or fried on skewers. SKEWERS PEOPLE). And holy crap, a note to all you vegetarians out there to go immediately and order the MUSHROOM RAMEN: it's impossibly rich and savory, filled with perfect ramen noodles, daikon, carrots, scallions and, to top it all off, grilled king oyster mushrooms. Have you been to The Vegetarian Dim Sum House? The entire menu is nom-able.
