Food & Drink Vegetarian Ramen Alert! "OMFG THAT'S GOOD!"

On Saturday night I had the pleasure of eating at new-ish Williamsburg Izakaya joint Sui Ren (Izakaya is a kind of Japanese tavern that serves small plates, with a lot of things grilled or fried on skewers. SKEWERS PEOPLE). And holy crap, a note to all you vegetarians out there to go immediately and order the MUSHROOM RAMEN: it's impossibly rich and savory, filled with perfect ramen noodles, daikon, carrots, scallions and, to top it all off, grilled king oyster mushrooms.
