Ting Tings Sign to Jay-Z's Roc Nation

A bunch of British
news sources are reporting that electro-pop duo the
Ting Tings have inked a deal to join the roster of
Roc Nation, the 360º company
Jay-Z set up to handle his own management, record label and publishing needs, as well as those of artists like
Wale, J. Cole and Melanie Fiona. If this is really happening, the Ting Tings would be his first rock-oriented signing, I assume because he couldn't get
Grizzly Bear. It could be a really great fit, though, especially if rumors that Jay will produce their next record turn out to be true. [via
