Polly Stenham (pictured), who was 19 when she wrote That Face, will have her New York premiere when Manhattan Theatre Club's production of the play opens at City Center in May. The play, about a brother and sister who fall into the same patterns of addiction as their increasingly unbalanced mother, premiered at London's Royal Court of Theater in 2007 to a predominantly positive critical reception, and was revived a year later at the Duke of York's Theatre in the West End.

According to ArtsBeat, the New York production will star Elizabeth Marvel as the unraveling mother and will be directed by Sarah Benson, the artistic director of Soho Rep, where she helmed the very well-received Blasted last year. Additional casting is expected to be announced shortly.
