Lady Buffoon Uses Lady Mannequin So She Can Use Carpool Lane

This is always one of my favorite haha-funny/holy-shit-what-a-sad-world stories: A 61-year-old woman
was issued a summons yesterday on the Long Island Expressway for driving in the carpool lane with
the upper half of a female mannequin in the passenger seat. Cops became suspicious when they noticed the passenger wearing sunglasses on an overcast day; their suspicions increased as they further noted the absence of legs and sentience.
