Fake Werner Herzog Reading Children's Books is Awesome

Posted by on Mon, Feb 8, 2010 at 3:37 PM

Golly, high unemployment and the Internet are a match made in Heaven! How else would we get the wonderful "Werner Herzog Reads Children's Classics" series? The first two are Curious George and Mike Mulligan and His Steam Shovel, which I don't remember containing the following line, but I'll trust fake Herzog on this one...

"Mike seems doomed by his own hubris, and he has doomed Mary Anne as well. She is like a beaten dog, who still loves her master."

Here's the Curious George reading.
