12-Year-Old Serial Mugger Busted in Williamsburg

Seriously? Sure, when I was nine I got busted for trying to shoplift one of those giant-sized candy bars (never pinch from a drugstore—too many
eyes), but I never approached
the temerity of 12-year-old Shy-kym Samuels. Around 10am yesterday, little Shy-kym mugged a Hasidic lady at (cap)gun point, taking her purse. As with most tweens, though, he didn't have a good getaway plan and was soon picked up by the ever-vigilante, ever-borderline-way-too-intense Shomrim, the Hasidic community police. This is his third mugging, all of which have been of Hasidic women.
Law and Order episode to follow almost immediately, I am sure.
