New NYC Condom Design Is a Total Turn-On

Remember how the city was asking for
design proposals for a new municipal condom
wrapper? If not, hold your horses, it's too late: today the new NYC Condom design was
announced from a field of over 600 submissions narrowed down to
five finalists that included a smart top hat design and a steamy manhole cover. The "on button" wrapper, above, was designed by Luis Acosta of Kew Gardens, Queens, and will hit the streets in the fall. (
